FAQs

How do coaching sessions happen?

Coaching sessions will be over zoom. You can schedule a weekly recurring meeting time, with some flexibility week-to-week if you need to make a scheduling change.

What is a clarity call?

A clarity call is a free, no-pressure 45-minute zoom chat to discuss where you are right now, where you want to go and the next steps you should take to get there. If it seems relevant, I will share details about my coaching program with you.

What is a consultation?

A consultation is a free zoom chat where we can discuss more details on one-on-one coaching, and see if you’d be a good fit!

What is coaching?

Coaching fosters a growth-oriented mentality, cultivating resilience, wisdom, strength, and confidence. It involves addressing limiting beliefs and thought patterns deliberately, disrupting the specific line of thinking that hinders progress. Our aim is to replace self-sabotaging mindsets and thoughts with a sense of ownership and empowerment. Since mindset significantly influences our actions and way of life, gaining an advantage in shaping it is highly beneficial.

How will coaching help me?

We all have the capacity to grow. Sometimes, our spaces and environments aren’t conducive to growth. With coaching, there will be a dedicated space and time that’s devoted to your personal development. When you make this commitment, you will start seeing changes and improvements in your behavior. Ultimately, living a life that is in line with your long-term goals, and wants.

What’s the difference between a coach and a therapist?

A therapist dives into how the past is affecting you now. They also are equipped to treat mental health conditions like depression, anxiety, eating disorders etc. A coach is more focused on forward momentum and tapping into your innate strength to make changes towards a better future.

What is a coach’s role?

As a coach, I prioritize creating a safe and supportive space through unconditional positive regard, fostering an environment that nurtures growth. Leveraging my background in mind-body training as a yoga teacher, I seamlessly integrate these principles and techniques into our sessions for an enhanced experience that also feels good in the body. Beyond that, I serve as a guide, delving into mindset topics and challenging limiting beliefs to stimulate personal development. I refrain from offering frequent advice, opting instead to facilitate an environment where you can discover your own answers.

What can I expect in a session?

Sessions are first and foremost client-driven. Look at the program description for more info. Each session can be tailored to the client's specific needs.

What kind of commitment is required?

Sessions are 60 minutes. There will be 11 sessions in 3 months. It’s helpful to have a consistent meeting time weekly, but we will work for you to meet unique scheduling needs, even if you require more flexibility in scheduling.

How is this program different from other coaches?

The coaching industry is experiencing a surge, offering an array of accessible options worldwide. My approach stands out by offering unparalleled value. Beyond powerful, traditional talk-based coaching, it integrates the incredible mind-body connection. Harnessing this connection and fostering a personal practice equips you with a lifelong skill set. Once mastered, it becomes an enduring asset, continuously benefiting you. Similarly, mindset work holds enduring value. Cultivating a resilient mindset provides lifelong support and profoundly enhances your future life experiences.

What if I’m not satisfied?

I encourage clients to have a conversation about how the relationship is going. Clients and/or coach are allowed to terminate the relationship at any time.
