How You’ll Get There:

STEP ONE: Get in touch with WHO YOU WANT TO BE

  • We want to get clear on where you are and where you want to go. No more of the vague planning of the future, or random desires. Here you’ll go through a self-assessment, visioning, and goal setting process so that you can have a strong motivation to change as well as a clear path of what you want to work towards. This guarantees actual results because we’ll take aligned action in response to your goals.             

    STEP TWO: Create life-changing HABITS & ROUTINES

  • Here’s where you’ll learn how to put into practice all the things that you know will benefit your wellbeing. I’ll teach you a research-based behavior change process that will include progress monitoring, journal prompts and one-on-one check- ins for compassionate accountability. Here’s we’re you’ll turn your life around and find that healthier, happier way of living. I provide the structure and accountability for change and you put in the work. This is where your day-to-day life is going to improve and you’ll get that forward momentum towards a better life.

STEP THREE: Transform your MINDSET

  • Now, you’re ready to learn how to use your mind and thoughts to reach your goals, rather than having your thoughts sabotage your progress. You’ll discover your own mindset shifts that come from your own personal values. These shifts will help carry you through whatever comes your way with confidence and power. One-on-one zoom calls (10)

  • We will meet for 60 mins every week or every other week over Zoom for about 3 months. This individualized, one-on-one support yields fast and effective growth. I hold my clients accountable to their goals in a safe, compassionate environment.

Text/Voice Message Support

  • Unlimited messaging with me on Voxer app for consistent accountability & support throughout the week!

Weekly action plans and notes, journal prompts, nervous system regulation videos.

  • I have tools and worksheets that are based upon behavior change research to yield results.

Pricing info

I like to provide pricing transparency for potential clients. The 90-day one-on-one coaching program is priced at:

  • $900 Pay-in full for all 3 months

  • $325/month (for 3 months) payment plan option

I also offer sliding scale options depending on individual situations. We can discuss that in a clarity call, in hopes to make these services accessible!
